• 1 to 2 year experience as a buyer/procurement job.
• Can work under pressure with less supervision.
• Have some analytical skills.

Job Description:
· Conduct supplier sourcing and supplier accreditation for new and existing vendor and ensure the completeness of documents provided by the supplier and submit through google forms for finance registration.
· Evaluate Suppliers Performance based on Quality, Cost, Delivery and Services.
· Maintain Records of Purchase Order and ensure that the documents are store/keep properly, legible, readily identifiable, and retrievable.
· Provide request for existing and potential suppliers and ensure that the quotation submitted on or before deadline.
· Reviewing, comparing, evaluating and approving products and services.
· Consolidate and forward quotations to requesting department for SAP documentation
· Generate Purchase Order based on approved Purchase Request.
· Ensure that the supplier provide 30 days payment terms to improve SCP cash flow.
· Prepare Request for payment once PO is confirmed by the supplier for advance payment.
· Provide SI & DR to finance with complete GRPO for the supplier with payment terms.
· Compare deliveries to Purchase Order and GRPO to identify discrepancies and submit complete documents to finance.
· Monitor arrival of raw materials and ensure that delivered items are enough to satisfy the requirements of requesting department.
· Prepare status report for PO and GRPO.
· Prepare Status Report of Incoming Shipment.
· Returns and Claims shall coordinate to concern department and communicate to supplier.
· Formulation of Policies, Standards and System Implementation.
· Conduct price negotiation and ensure that the supplier can provide the good quality, best price, on time delivery and good service.
· Initiate cost reduction activities e.g. supplier discount.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
