DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sourcing and Evaluation
- Identifying and evaluating potential local and international suppliers.
- Conducting accurate and thorough market research to find the best quality products or services at competitive prices.
2. Vendor Management
- Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing with local and international suppliers.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.
- Monitoring supplier performance and resolving any issues accurately.- Upholding the good reputation of the company at all times.
3. Procurement Process Management
- Preparing and issuing accurate purchase orders and contracts.
- Ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Coordinating proactively with internal departments to understand procurement needs.
4. Cost Management
- Managing budgets for procurement activities.
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
5. Compliance and Record-Keeping
- Ensuring procurement activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier contracts.
6. Inventory Management- Leading overall inventory management in collaboration with the supply chain operations.- Monitoring inventory levels to avoid shortages, overstocking or expiry loss.- Collaborating with logistics teams to manage supply chain operations.
7. Problem Resolution
- Effectively Addressing issues such as late deliveries, defective goods, or discrepancies in orders.
- Implementing corrective actions to prevent future problems.
8. Continuous Improvement
- Analyzing procurement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.- Initiating efforts to streamline processes.
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement.

• Preferably with experience in the pharmaceutical or related industries on an officer-in-charge or supervisory level

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
