• Graduate of Industrial (IE) Engineering is an advantage
• With at least 4 year experience as QA Supervisor
• With minimum two (2) year experience in manufacturing setting
• Knowledge of quality assurance terminologies, methods, and tools is an advantage
• Team Player, flexible, reliable and responsible
• Proficient in MS Office including database management
• Must be from Plastic Mold Injection Company
• Has knowledge ISO 9001:2015
• Can know how to read Molding Drawing and Mold Condition
• Experience with Mold Checking, Mold Condition
• Has experience in Molding Fabrication

Ø Checks the parts status of incoming, in-process and outgoing parts base on quality Standard
Ø Prepares quality analysis report base on the of incoming, in-process & outgoing results.
Ø Checks and approves the parts evaluation prior to mass-production.
Ø Checks and approves the parts evaluation prior to mass-production.
Ø Decides the minor changes deviates for quality standards for disposition.
Ø Handles sub-con control and set quality target and quality requirements.
Ø Checks and sets quality limit sample for both internal & external parts.
Ø Handles customer claims, inquiries and concerns.
Ø Window to customer requirement and customers' quality visits.
Ø Prepare analysis and countermeasure report for customer quality claim.
Ø Conduct production process audits to verify the quality standard process control in the production
Ø Prepares Monthly Quality Results with analysis and countermeasure.
Ø Handles, controls, assigns and checks the daily output of QA Engrs. base on assigned task.
Ø Control and maintain the Quality System implemented.
Ø Reports the daily quality results/ output and others related quality issues to Dept Manager.
