Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review of food safety programs and provide recommendations for improvement
• Assist in verification of procedures relating to Food Safety
• Perform inspection for vehicle / container to delivery local or export product and provide the release/ reject status according to inspection result
• Identify the defective and nonstandard finished goods in the warehouse and create the deviation report and inform to superior accompanied by evidence
• Check and test the sample of incoming raw material for each parameter according to the procedure.
• Verify the result of mixing product
• Implement and comply all programs and regulations set by the Factory

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree (Food Technology, Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or other related course)

• At least 3-5 years' full-time experience in Quality Control, with knowledge in Food Safety and HACCP System

• Has attended Food Safety and HACCP seminar, with FSCO Certification preferred
• Preferably licensed Chemist
• Amenable to work under shifting schedule
• Detail-oriented
