* Creates and implements work standards to be used at Inspection.
* Handles Calibration, Internal/External Claims and monitors the effectiveness of countermeasures to support continuous improvement.
* Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of countermeasures for issued Supplier Complaints.
* Investigation and monitoring of countermeasures for Internal abnormalities/rejections and customer claims.
*Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of countermeasures for issued NCR's and customer claims.
*Preparation of Standards/Work Instructions/Reference documents to be used by QA.
* Monitors and controls the Calibration of all measuring instruments.
* Effective & on-time implementation of corrective actions on claim & internal abnormalities.
* Sends inspection data to customer.
*Prepares QA reports
* Maintain 5S of the working area and good working arrangement, process and work flow.
* Keep confidential records/matters of the company.
* Should recommend work ideas that could improve productivity, reduce cost and ways considering safety.
*Possess knowledge commensurate to the position update oneself with the existing laws, provisions, systems, etc. and to continuously have self-education on how to improve the present job.
* Reacts to change productively and perform other jobs for which he/she is qualified and trained for as may berequested by superiors from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
