I. Responsible for quality and quantity checking of all incoming deliveries as per QP4.10.
1. Check the quality and quantity of all incoming deliveries of raw materials in accordance with purchase orders and material purchase specifications.
2. Check the quality and quantity of all incoming deliveries of finished goods in accordance with purchase orders and product specifications.
3. Check the quality and quantity of all incoming deliveries of other supplies in accordance with purchase orders and product specifications.
4. Accomplish all documentation required for quality checking before endorsing to the warehouse for preparation of receiving the report.
5. Report any discrepancy to QC Supervisor for issuance of non-compliance report.
6. Request / ask for quality certification/mill certificate of delivered items from the supplier.
II. Responsible for quality checking and control of production process under QP4.9
1. Check the quality of all raw materials needed in the production.
2. Check the chemical formulation of CAS prior to mixing.
3. Check the specification of all lubricants if everything conforms to the standard and make necessary corrections on the spot changes.
4. Ensure that proper procedure and process control techniques are being used in accordance with Manufacturing Engineering Specification.
5. Ensure that any process deviations are carefully monitored through IPP Report.
6. Ensure that test tools and devices used in process control are calibrated.
7. Check the quality, quantity, and identification of all finished goods per job order before transfer to the warehouse.
8. Ensure that all non-conforming products are separated in accordance with QP4.13.
9. Control causes of rejection and make recommendations/suggestions as necessary in accordance with QI1.11.
10. Inspect all items for disposal and ensure that all rejects and waste are disposed of in accordance with QP4.13.
11. Accomplish all documentation required for quality checking such as:
a. Material Issuance Slip
b. Finished Goods Receipt
c. QC Checklist
d. First Piece Inspection Checklist
e. Disposal
f. Scrap Ticket
12. Maintain logbook for specific gravity of solvent, toluene, Teflon suspension, G-200 compound, and glycerin.
III. Responsible for quality checking of finished goods for delivery to customer and stocks for transfer to branches.
1. Check the quality and quantity of all goods for delivery if it conforms to the purchase order of the customer.
2. Inspect the label/identification of all items for delivery.
3. Ensure proper packaging of the product and that it will not damage/affect the quality of the products during handling or transport.
4. Weigh all items for delivery and indicate them on the warehouse copy of the delivery receipt, invoice, or stock transfer.
5. Accomplish the quality checklist of the product before delivery.
6. Stamp quality pass with date and signature on the documents subject to delivery.
7. Call the attention of the Warehouse Supervisor for products found not conforming to the purchase order of the customer.
IV. Submit causes and type of rejection report monthly not later than the first week of the following month.
V. Perform the job of QC Supervisor in her absence and other tasks that may be assigned by her Superior.
VI. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the President.
VII. Comply with all company quality procedures, rules, regulations, and quality management system.
