Responsibilities

• Receptionist will be assigned to man Parkmall's concierge/reception area
• Mainly responsible for providing excellent customer service to all mall-goers, tenants, and employees
• Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
• Maintain office security by following safety and security procedures and controlling access such as monitoring the logbook, issuance of visitor badges, etc.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and encoding
• Will also be assigned to different Marketing related tasks when needed

Requirements

• Preferably a graduate of any marketing or business-related course
• Must have good communication skills (English/Bisaya)
• Experience in a customer service position is an advantage
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• With a pleasing personality

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
