• To ensure a clean and organized reception area. Maintaining safety and hygiene standards at the reception area.
• Handles receiving of parcel and other documents at the front office.
• Sorting and coordinate received parcel and documents to recipient.
• Assisting visitors and coordinate with concerned department.
• Attend to visitor and internal queries.
• Oversee employee logbook and reception receiving logbook.
• Monitors stock level and conduct inventory of items.
• Ensure that no company property shall go out of the company premise without proper documentation.
• Maintain an organized stockroom.
• Prepare supplies requisition and request for payment.
• Prepare and submit reimbursement and liquidation on time.
• Perform other task as may be assigned from time to time.
