- To ensure a clean and organized reception area. Maintaining safety and hygiene standards at the reception area.
- Handles receiving of parcel and other documents at the front office.
- Sorting and coordinate received parcel and documents to recipient.
- Assisting visitors and coordinate with concerned department.
- Attend to visitor and internal queries.
- Oversee employee logbook and reception receiving logbook.
- Monitors stock level and conduct inventory of items.
- Ensure that no company property shall go out of the company premise without proper documentation.
- Maintain an organized stockroom.
- Prepare supplies requisition and request for payment.
- Prepare and submit reimbursement and liquidation on time.
- Perform other task as may be assigned from time to time.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
