Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greeting and welcoming guests
• Managing reservations
• Seating guests
• Providing menu information
• Handling phone calls
• Managing waiting lists
• Coordinating with the kitchen and waitstaff
• Handling guest inquiries and complaints
• Processing payments
• Ensuring a clean reception area
• Upselling and promotions

Qualifications:

• College level/ college graduate of any course related to Hotel and Restaurant Management
• With pleasing personality
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills are essential.
• Should be friendly, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledgeable about the restaurant's menu and services allows you to offer the best possible assistance to guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
