Receptionist/HR Assistant

Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and assist the visitors and finding their way around the office
- Assisting the bosses in everything and assisting all department in what they need
- Keeping the reception area neat and tidy at all times.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as photocopying, filing, and distributing paperwork, and so on.
- Support the HR department in recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and paperwork.
- Manage leave requests and maintain accurate records of sick leave, vacation, and personal days.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in an HR environment.
- With good communication and people skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
