Key Responsibilities:
Receptionist Duties:
  • Greet and assist the visitors and finding their way around the office
  • Assisting the bosses in everything and assisting all department in what they need
  • Keeping the reception area neat and tidy at all times.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as photocopying, filing, and distributing paperwork, and so on.
HR Assistant Duties:
  • Support the HR department in recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and paperwork.
  • Manage leave requests and maintain accurate records of sick leave, vacation, and personal days.
QUALIFICATION:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in an HR environment.
  • With good communication and people skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
