Job Summary:
A Recruitment Assistant supports the recruitment team by facilitating the hiring process, handling administrative tasks, and assisting in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Task and duties:

• Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
• Screen and shortlist applicants based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with background checks and reference verifications.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, assessment results, and offer letters.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates to the recruitment team.
• Participate in the onboarding process by assisting with document collection and coordination.
• Respond to candidate inquiries and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Assist with various recruitment initiatives, such as career fairs or company events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment or HR administrative role (experience in sourcing and interviewing is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is an advantage.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php19,000.00 per month
