What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from job postings and candidate sourcing to interview scheduling and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with HR specialists to develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract top talent.
- Partner with HR managers to assess recruitment outcomes and fine-tune strategies for ongoing success.
- Participate in interviews, assessing candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline across various departments and functions.
- Coach and mentor recruiters, providing constructive feedback and growth opportunities while addressing performance challenges.
- Drive recruitment for high-volume hiring needs, ensuring timely and effective placements.
- Proven experience in leading or supervising a team of recruiters.
- Strong ability to coach, guide, and inspire a recruitment team to meet and exceed hiring goals.
- Expertise in planning and executing recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for leading meetings and reporting on hiring progress.
- A passion for helping others succeed and a results-driven approach to talent acquisition.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
