What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from job postings and candidate sourcing to interview scheduling and onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with HR specialists to develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract top talent.
• Partner with HR managers to assess recruitment outcomes and fine-tune strategies for ongoing success.
• Participate in interviews, assessing candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline across various departments and functions.
• Coach and mentor recruiters, providing constructive feedback and growth opportunities while addressing performance challenges.
• Drive recruitment for high-volume hiring needs, ensuring timely and effective placements.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in leading or supervising a team of recruiters.
• Strong ability to coach, guide, and inspire a recruitment team to meet and exceed hiring goals.
• Expertise in planning and executing recruitment strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for leading meetings and reporting on hiring progress.
• A passion for helping others succeed and a results-driven approach to talent acquisition.
