Job Overview: As a Regional Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing daily collections and resolving past-due balances by working professionally with customers and business partners.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Regional Credit Control Manager and a team of credit controllers across Australia, Singapore, and the Philippines.
• Perform internal and external reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
• Issue invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Contact customers via phone, email, and letters to secure payments and resolve billing disputes.
• Provide professional customer service to maintain positive relationships.
• Analyze complex account histories and address issues such as billing disputes and unresolved installations.
• Escalate difficult cases to the Manager with detailed information and recommended actions.
• Obtain managerial approval for settlements, partial payments, and time extensions.
• Manage your portfolio efficiently, avoiding backlogs and minimizing cancellations/credit adjustments.
• Contribute to process improvements within the credit control function.
• Participate in management reporting for credit control.

Requirements:

• College graduate with a passion for credit control and accounts receivable (AR) collection.
• Experience in credit control, AR collection, data reconciliation, and using accounting or customer management systems is a plus.
• Confident in contacting customers and representing the company in collections.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing demands with good time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to draw conclusions from complex data.
• A team player with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

These are the minimum system requirements we are looking for a remote/hybrid working staff that we want to hire:

• Must be Minimum windows 8, 10, 11 / Mac 12.X or higher.
• Internet Speed must be above 20Mbps UP and Down.
• Anti-Virus and Firewall must be enabled.
• The system must have a minimum of 20 GB of disk space on the C drive.
• System RAM must be a minimum of 8 GB.
• Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster process
• Must have a backup internet connection
• Best but not required to have a backup laptop or computer if the current computer fails.
