Job Description: Join our dynamic Release Management team as a Release Quality Assurance Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and success of the releases of our B2B Saa S application. As a Release Assurance Analyst, you will be entrusted with executing meticulous test cases and scenarios, documenting comprehensive test results, and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our testing processes.

Working Hours: Flexible - evening and weekend shifts will be necessary.

Role Objectives:
- Thorough Integration Testing, effective communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement in delivering high-quality releases and enhancing client satisfaction
- The Release Management Team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth integration of infrastructure and middleware upgrades, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, managing documentation, maintaining accountability for service level agreements (SLAs), conducting post-deployment analysis, and fostering effective communication among internal teams and stakeholders.
- Provide support for client implementation project as required by creating comprehensive test plans based on gathered requirements and execute test cases and scenarios accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the successful release’s to client's UAT and production instances.
Execute Test Cases and Scenarios
- Work collaboratively with the release manager and client to assist in creating comprehensive test plans based on gathered requirements and execute test cases and scenarios accordingly.
- Ensure thorough coverage and accurate results, particularly in Integration Testing, completing end-to-end testing across systems, and creating as-built functionality to test against.
- Meticulously document test results, including insights from Integration Testing, and effectively communicate findings to the Release Manager for analysis and action.
- Actively participate in test case reviews, providing insights and suggestions to enhance the quality and coverage of test cases.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Release Management team and development / QA team.
- Collaborate closely with team members, including the Release Manager and other testing team members and the QA team to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the testing process.
- Continuously learn and develop skills related to quality assurance and testing methodologies, staying updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance expertise in the field
- Contribute to the enhancement of client satisfaction by ensuring the thorough testing of releases, reducing UAT ticket rejections, and delivering high-quality service.
Minimum:
- Previous experience in quality assurance or testing roles, with a strong understanding of software release management processes.
- Experience working closely with engineering / development functions
- Strong customer-first focus with experience working with technology-oriented clients
- Very organized with the ability to manage multiple task lists and customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate test findings and collaborate with team members.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in executing test cases and documenting test results.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to the overall success of release management initiatives.
- Dynamic, energetic, motivated, positive outlook
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with Atlassian suite of tools (mainly Jira and Confluence)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Experience with B2B high growth Saa S or CPQ and parallel system such as CRM
- Experience working with distributed global teams

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
