JOB SUMMARY:
The Retail Sales oversees the retail sales operations of refurbished IT hardware and electronics derived from e-waste disposal efforts. This role is responsible for driving sales, managing retail operations, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring profitability. The Retail Sales leads a team of sales associates, implements marketing strategies, maintains inventory levels, and collaborates with other departments to promote responsible consumption through refurbished products.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRA):
1. Sales and Profitability

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and maximize profitability.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and report on key sales metrics.
• Identify market trends and customer needs to optimize product offerings and pricing.

2. Store Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning of the retail store.
• Manage layout and displays to optimize customer flow and showcase refurbished products.
• Implement and uphold policies related to product handling, pricing, and inventory.

3. Inventory and Stock Management

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to maintain adequate stock.
• Work with the refurbishment team to ensure a steady supply of high-quality products for resale.
• Conduct regular audits to track product movement and prevent loss.

4. Customer Experience and Service

• Ensure a positive in-store customer experience, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Train and supervise staff in customer service skills, product knowledge, and store policies.
• Implement customer feedback systems to improve service and customer satisfaction.

5. Team Management and Development

• Lead, train, and support retail staff to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, set team objectives, and provide constructive feedback.
• Schedule staff shifts to optimize store coverage during peak hours and events.

6. Marketing and Promotions

• Develop and execute in-store promotions and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Utilize social media and other marketing channels to promote store offerings and special events.
• Organize events to increase foot traffic and raise awareness of the company's commitment to e-waste management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the electronics or IT industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Willing to work In Pasig.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
