Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Revenue and Listing Management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing revenue and ensuring the accuracy, quality, and performance of our property listings across various online travel platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to drive growth, enhance customer experience, and maximize profitability for our portfolio of vacation rental properties.
Key Responsibilities:
**Data Verification, Copywriting, and Auditing:**

• Thoroughly review and validate all data points entered into the company's software and listing platforms.
• Research properties in the portfolio to verify information firsthand and understand each property's unique value proposition.
• Cross-reference information from internal software with external sources to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and rectify discrepancies in property details, amenities, descriptions, pricing, and availability.
• Write compelling copy for all listings as they appear on third-party sites.

**Quality Assurance:**

• Implement quality control measures to maintain consistent standards across all listings.
• Conduct regular audits of existing listings to ensure accuracy, compliance with company guidelines, and relevance for target audiences.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure listings meet branding standards and effectively incentivize conversions. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance listing performance through strategic optimization techniques.
Analyze market trends, competitor listings, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Optimize listing titles, descriptions, images, and other elements to maximize visibility, conversion rates, and rental revenue.
**Optimization and Enhancement:**
Assist with photo editing using tools such as Aurora HDR and Adobe Lightroom Classic (training available for the right candidate).
Develop and manage an escalated review protocol to address issues or disputes impacting listing rankings.
Organize and handle escalated reviews, resolving disputes with guests, and communicating actions taken to improve future guest experiences.
Manage pricing for 150 listings, analyzing data to inform pricing strategies.
Adjust nightly rates to maximize revenue, driving a minimum of 15% increase across the portfolio.
Advise clients on marketing and operational improvements.
Develop strategies for driving 5-star reviews through enhanced guest communication and customer experience.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
Analyze financial data including revenue, expenses, and profitability metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Develop revenue forecasts and budgets based on historical data, market trends, and business projections.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of revenue-generating initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed.
Build financial models to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.

• Ensure accurate and efficient gathering of data from both external and internal sources.
• Maintain and organize large datasets for analysis and reporting.

Audit property listing information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations. Strong analytical skills and experience in financial analysis, revenue management, and data verification.
Proficiency in copywriting and auditing for online platforms.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Knowledge of the vacation rental industry and OTA platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com.
Knowledge of vacation rental industry softwares such as Hostaway, Pricelabs, and Breezeway.
Proficiency in revenue management systems and tools specific to the vacation rental industry (such as Pricelabs, Key Data Dashboard, Beyond, Wheelhouse, Rented, Buoy, etc).
