Role Purpose:
We are seeking a Revenue Management Executive responsible for managing revenue reporting, sales incentives calculation, and maintaining customer and discount databases. The role also involves supporting sales teams in discount approvals and providing key reports for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly revenue reports and conduct weekly sales performance reporting.
• Calculate and analyze sales incentives for sales teams.
• Conduct cost and margin analysis for customer rate requests.
• Oversee discount paperwork preparation and system configuration.
• Lead the annual pricing review and support the launch of new products.
• Manage the customer database, including credit account setup and annual credit limit reviews.
• Train new salespeople on the end-to-end sales process, from pipeline management to discount setting.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in CRM systems.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within supply chain, logistics, or express services.
• Strong data analytics and management reporting skills.
• Presentation skills to deliver insights to stakeholders.
