Warehouse Supervisor
Warehouse Supervisor will be working in the warehouse location, monitor, coordinate and oversee the full warehouse operations and performance. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with colleagues from the Operations Department of region center.
Responsibilities:

• Manage all storage and warehousing activities in consideration of cost, quality, service and compliance with all statutory, regulatory and operational requirements;
• To manage and implement smooth Inbound, Outbound operation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records & provide KPI to monitor inventory
• Ensure no violation on health and safety procedure/requirement, execution of daily activities on cleanliness and security of the stores/receiving/shipping at all times.
• Motivating and encouraging the teamwork within the workforce to ensure set operation KPI are met and sustain including to ensure adequate training and performance feedback
• Customer facing and be the primary contact point for customer
• Achieve and maintain consistent key performance indicators

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a degree or equivalent related field
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience is required for this position in a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) company
• Experience managing warehouse operations with customers in the telecommunications industry
• Experience of importing /exporting and customs clearance of goods will be a plus
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment by monitoring and enforcing safety procedures
• Familiar with logistics and warehouse management business process and information management system.
• Strong problem-solving techniques and statistical analysis skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office – Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
• Can start immediately
• Willing to be assigned in Brgy Pittland, Cabuyao Laguna
