Primary Responsibilities:

Processes, analyzes, and monitors the status of safety reports and conduct necessary follow-ups for closure.
Responsible for interpreting data from the corporate safety and compliance programs, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports to management and other stakeholders.
Assist in the administration of the corporate databases for the purpose of improved airline safety.
Provide technical expertise to Management regarding data models, database design development, and data mining.
Prepare applicable reports and communicate safety related information to managers and line personnel in support of the Safety Management System (SMS)
Assist in the development, implementation, and management of Cebu Pacific's Safety Management System (SMS).
Create/Maintains the safety dashboard.
Other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior.

Qualifications:

Must be a college graduate, preferably with aeronautical or industrial engineering degrees.
Aviation-related experience and working knowledge on Safety Management Systems is an advantage.
At least 2-5 years of aviation or data analytics experience preferred.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
Must be highly analytical and is keen to details.
Must be very proficient in data gathering, processing, interpreting and presenting data.
Must be comfortable operating in an agile and fast-paced environment.

Note: This position is based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement which allows remote work and onsite as needed.
