Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the process of transitioning the fleet, ensuring timely delivery and re-delivery of aircraft.
• Aid in developing budgets and financial plans related to the assigned responsibilities.
• Evaluate aircraft status and configuration before leasing.
• Determine necessary modifications and maintenance during aircraft transition maintenance planning.
• Review aircraft records during transitions or inspections.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive aircraft documentation and records during transitions.
• Identify and address significant issues that may impact aircraft transitions.
• Participate in on-site activities during aircraft transitions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with delivery and re-delivery conditions within specified timelines.
• Collaborate and communicate with other departments and Lessors as required.
• Assist in integrating aircraft into company systems when necessary.
• Generate reports, checklists, and status updates as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must have Aeronautical Engineering degree or aviation technical course.
• At least five (10) years’ experience in Airline engineering/maintenance.
• Experience with aircraft lease agreement review and management is a must.
• Adept with various software/program (AMOS) for aircraft technical matters and presentations.
