I. JOB SUMMARY
Sales Admin Staff provide clerical and organizational support to the Sales team. As a sales administrator, S/he will track sales contracts, process paperwork, maintain the customer database, and ensure products and services are delivered on time.
II. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Functions
1. Pre-Sales task

• Requesting of details for invoice
• Invoicing and official receipt preparations

2. Post-Sales Tasks

• Endorsement of client materials to operations for checking and scheduling of uploads
• Coordination of photo documentation with Technical Team
• Checking and sending of Certificate of Implementation/Completion to clients
• Checking and coordinating timely submission of monthly certificate of performance (COP) and other necessary client requirements including email confirmations from mall managers
• Monitoring of changes of materials during the duration of the contract
• Post-Sales data monitoring

3. Maintaining accurate Sales Contract Database
4. Field tasks include sending invoices and official receipts to clients.
5. Non-sensitive bank concerns and transactions
6. Clerical work including encoding of receipts and other transactions.
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be able and willing to travel around Metro Manila for Field-based tasks.
IV. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Business Course Graduate and preferably Fresh Graduate,
