Sales and Administrative Assistant

San Fernando

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field;
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales support, administrative roles, or a similar position, ideally in the construction, property, or steel industry;
  • Experience in marketing and social media management is an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.
· Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
· Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
· Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
· Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
· Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
· Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
· Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
· Recruiting, training, and guiding business development staff.
· Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
· Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
· Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
· Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
· Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
  • 10 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
  • Anniversary bonus
  • Yearly bonus
Experience:
  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
