Job Summary: We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Staff to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for promoting our auto care products and services, assisting customers, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide detailed information about our auto care products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and product offerings.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of products.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or automotive technology is a plus.
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of automotive care and maintenance is preferred.
• Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other relevant software.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
