SALES CONSULTANT: Job Description
· To promote, sell Apple Products and provide technical support to clients.
· To build and maintain strong client relationship that will lead to high-level customer satisfaction, while preserving company interest and achievement of sales target.
· Demonstrates product functions and specifications and provides information on the latest pricing, availability and use of other products carried by the Branch.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Confident and with welcoming Personality. At least High School Graduate with 2 years of experience in Retails Sales/Customer Service in any relevant field.
CASHIER: Job Description
Responsible for payment processing of the Customers in compliance to policies and procedures of the Company. Ensures timely bank deposits and regularly submits Daily Sales Report to Branch Head.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensures efficient processing of Customer’s payment - no shortage or overage.
2. Receives payment by cash and credit cards, and issues official receipts.
3. Safekeeps all cash payments and cash funds.
4. Maintains awareness of all Sales and Marketing promos.
5. Accomplishes and submits the Daily Sales Reports to the Branch Head/s for checking.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
At least High School Graduate. With 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Retail or Hotel Industry.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
Good Customer Service and Analytical Skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible and keen to details. Has high regard for Excellence, Customer Experience, Innovation, Integrity and Collaboration.
