Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a technical understanding of drainage systems and formworks in construction projects. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge and sales expertise to effectively communicate product benefits and provide solutions tailored to our client needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
• Promote and sell pipes for drainage systems and plastic boards as alternatives to plyboard and phenolic boards.
• Provide technical consultation and support to clients on the proper usage of pipes and formworks in construction projects.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure product integration into client specifications.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and technical documentation to stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with the company’s sales goals.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent technical background.
• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a technical sales role, preferably in the construction materials industry.
• In-depth knowledge of drainage systems and formworks in construction.
• Proven track record of sales success in a similar role, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and communicate complex product specifications.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and project site visits.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
