We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Executive/ Manager (Jr./Sr. level) with background in the Commercial/Industrial Generators for our client in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a direct - hiring and full-time position that will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our presence in the hardware distribution industry.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to identify, target and secure new clients. Negotiating and closing sales contracts.
Providing technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions to meet their needs
Knowing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities
Providing regular progress reports and forecasts to the management team
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the industrial/ power generation and machinery distribution industry (big/small commercial and industrial generators or related)
Strong technical knowledge of the products
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex technical solutions to clients
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive sales and support operational activities
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field is preferred
