Purpose:
Support the expansion of PWI Philippine in driving distribution across downline channels and sub distributors, key customer engagement, trade activation, market scan and planning, as well as supporting in stock availability and route-to-market execution.
Job Scope:

• Collaborate closely with the Commercial Manager to implement devised plans and programs, actively monitoring and assessing KPIs achievements.
• Work together with the distributor sales teams and sub-distribution partners to ensure distribution effectiveness and consistent flow of feedback from trade.
• Translate field/shoppers' insights and customer/partner interactions into actionable information for developing programs and plans to enhance business growth.
• Identify and pursue potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with management to provide sales forecasts and contribute to budget planning.
• Attend pet events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional connections and business opportunities.
• Support the entire commercial operations as needed to ensure consistent flow of goods into the market and in trade.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in business course
• At least 3-4 years of field sales, preferably gained in the Pet industry or FMCG manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in sales, with a successful track record of achieving targets.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
