The client is a premier luxury yacht and private jet charter service, offering exclusive access to high-end yachts and private jets. Based in South Florida, we cater to discerning clientele seeking unparalleled travel experiences. Our services are designed to provide a seamless and luxurious journey, whether on water or in the skies.
About the Position:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive with a background in luxury travel to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in driving sales by managing and converting generated leads into closed deals, as well as handling inbound customer inquiries. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional service, has a proven track record in sales, and understands the high-end travel market.
Responsibilities:
  • Engage with pre-qualified leads through phone and email, offering tailored solutions to meet their luxury yacht or private jet charter needs.
  • Close sales deals by effectively communicating the unique value propositions of our services.
  • Handle all inbound sales calls, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless experience for clients from booking to post-trip follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Stay informed about the luxury travel market, including competitor offerings, trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the sales process and service offerings.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in luxury travel, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and the luxury travel market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client inquiries simultaneously.
  • Goal-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Passionate about providing high-end, personalized service to clients.
  • Knowledge of South Florida’s luxury travel landscape is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month

  • 8 hour shift
  • Evening shift
  • Night shift
