Job Description
- Oversee and manage the entire Sales department, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Coordinate with branch managers to ensure consistent sales performance across all locations.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve overall sales effectiveness.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and motivating sales teams.
- Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Willing to work in Scout Rallos Quezon City
