Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the building materials sector.
• Oversee and manage the sales process for large-scale construction projects, from lead generation to project completion. Ensure timely delivery of materials and services while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging existing relationships and developing new connections within the construction and real estate development sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key project developers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure long-term business partnerships.
• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities. Provide insights to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms that align with company objectives.
• Mentor and guide junior sales team members, providing support and direction to meet team goals.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for senior management. Use data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project sales, business development, or account management fit out industry in Philippines.
• Network: Extensive network of contacts with project developers, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry in Philippines

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
