Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the Company in a designated area to achieve sales objectives
• Set overall targets with sales team per quarter
• Coordinate sales action plans for individual sales people
• Develop sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
• Generate timely sales report

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate of any course
• Three (3) or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting
• Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Motivational speaking experience
• Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
• Ability to travel anywhere in the Philippines
• Able to drive 4-wheel vehicle with valid driver's license

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
