Oversee the sales team in providing proper training, managing accounts, create sales plans and identify programs to achieve sales goals.

• Identify and prioritize potential customers and market segments for business development.
• Setting and delivering departmental targets for the responsible sales channel within the negotiated agreements.
• Develop sales strategies and plans to guide channel sales team to achieve departmental sales target within assigned sales channel.
• Assist in establishing the Distribution network in the areas to enable channel penetration.
• To develop and implement Channel based projects for the improvement/ introduction of tools to enable productivity gains or greater market penetration.
• Ensure effective execution of brand communications for relevant channels to drive brand visibility, awareness and subsequently purchase/ repeat purchase and driving consumption moments via marketing programs/ activities.

Qualification: Education/Experience:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree, preferably in Business Administration or any equivalent degree.
• More than 6 years in sales operations. Has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom-line business results.
• Has experience in food service and retail is a must
• Can manage Cold chain distributions
• Can manage and do coaching on food products
• Possess good insight on HORECA channel landscape in Philippines.
• Commercial Experience in sales preferably in OOH service culture and beverage experience is a plus.
• Experienced in fmcg, food, dairy is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php130,000.00 per month
