JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
• Assist the Sales Department in helping the company generate sales revenue through acquisition of new customers and business opportunity
• Responsible in planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company in a designated area to achieve sales objectives.
• Improve customer experience and build brand loyalty and long-term relationship with customers.
• Find and follow new sales lead
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organization and planning, problem analysis and problem-solving, information management, team-leadership, formal presentation skills, persuasiveness, adaptability, innovation, judgment, and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business-related course (BSBA Marketing Management, etc.)
• With at least 4-7 years of relevant experience in any marketing and sales process in the managerial level position in an injection molding manufacturing company
• Willing to work in Cabuyao City, Laguna (On-Site)

Schedule:
