Job Description Summary:
Sales Manager set goals for their team and produce monthly forecasting reports to see how well they're doing in achieving those targets and budgets based on what's happening with revenue streams so that everything runs smoothly from month to month. The role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise, motivate sales officers while building and maintaining a high-performance team.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Other special sales related tasks that maybe assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

• BS/MS degree in business administration or related field
• Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting
• Exposure in health and wellness industry is an ADVANTAGE.
• Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Superb leadership ability

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
