POSITION: SALES OFFICER II
EMPLOYMENT TYPE:FULL-TIME - Compressed (from Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 A.M. - 6:36 P.M.)
LOCATION:210 SPEAKER PEREZ ST. BARANGAY MAHARLIKA, QUEZON CITY
SALARY:₱ 25,000.00 - ₱ 27,000.00 (with ₱ 2,000.00 transportation allowance & commissions)
JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Officer II will oversee and supervise the entire sales team, ensuring that all sales officers and staff work effectively to meet the company’s sales targets. This role will involve closely collaborating with the managing partner to develop and implement strategies that align with the company’s growth goals. The Sales Officer II will be responsible for monitoring team performance, making data-driven managerial decisions, and providing guidance and support to ensure the success of the sales department. This position requires a strong leader with a strategic mindset, capable of both high-level planning and hands-on supervision to drive the team toward achieving its objectives.

All our sales and operations are conducted within the office premises, except in cases where fieldwork is necessary, such as attending bidding openings or managing purchase orders that require direct, on-site involvement. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise Sales and Bidding Team: Oversee the daily performance and progress of the sales and bidding teams, ensuring that they meet their targets and responsibilities effectively.
- Sales Performance Assessment: Prepare and present regular assessments and reports on sales generated by the team, identifying key trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Identify Bidding Opportunities: Proactively seek out and identify government bidding opportunities suitable for the company, evaluating their feasibility and profitability.
- Price Quotation and Profit Margin Management: Ensure that quotations are prepared with a targeted profit margin, in line with company goals and financial strategies.
- Contract and Procurement Review: Review government contracts and procurement specifications thoroughly, ensuring compliance and understanding of all requirements.
- Purchase Order Oversight: Supervise all purchase orders managed by the department, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment while addressing any issues that may arise.
- Procurement Correspondence: Respond to and monitor procurement-related emails, ensuring prompt communication and proper handling of any inquiries or requirements.
- Team Communication: Facilitate regular communication between sales team members, managing partners, and other department officers, providing updates and ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
- Bid Participation and Conferences: Attend pre-bidding and bidding conferences and meetings, representing the company to qualify and secure contracts for government procurements.
- Candidate preferably possesses a bachelor of science in business administration major in marketing management, communications, entrepreneurship, or equivalent.
- Must have a conversational ability to speak both English and Tagalog languages.
- Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must have leadership experience.
- Must have experience in Phil GEPS and Government Contracting.
- Must be familiar with Google Applications (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Must be able to lead and be a part of a growing team.
