Key Responsibilities:

• Monitors sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
• Maintains existing clients, and identify new markets and customer needs
• Prepares Sales plan and ensure 100% compliance and/or completion of daily sales plan
• Prepares revenue plan per store and ensure achivement of revenue sales targets per principal and per store
• In charge of overall account management in the assigned areas
• Applies systematic selling strategies to improve overall sales performance or Basic Call Procedures (BCP)
• Acquires new accounts for continuous growth in the area
• Adjusts content of sales presentation by studying the requirement of the outlet and its trade factors
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of clients
• Monitors competion by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, product, and merchandising techniques
• Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Smart Sales Compliance
• Monitors and coordinates with Third Party Merchandisers and Supervisors
• Manages trade returns with allowable percentages.
