• Answering and forwarding the phone call to respective people
• Reply and forwarding of emails
• Assisting agents with needs such as printing, photocopying, and scanning of documents
• Prepare stickers for sample board/solid surface and agent's calling card (Print and cut)
• Quote based on plan or BOQ
• Ensure appropriate and timely delivery of service and products
• Establish relationships with new customers
• Identify and respond to client needs
• Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in
• Follow up on customer orders as necessary anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly
• Coordinates with Sales, Accounting, and other concerned groups to accomplish the work required
• Knowledgeable enough to read shop drawing plans and quotations.

Qualification:

• Candidate must be at least College Level or possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Must have good communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills, and strong presentation skills.
• Preferably with 1-2 years of proven experience
• Be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Possesses time management and organizational skills
• Can work with minimum supervision
• Applicants must be willing to work in Sta. Ana Manila

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,770.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
