Midan Corporation is a trading and mineral development based in the Philippines, specializing in the importation, wholesale distribution, and trading of food and beverages, car care products, and accessories from South Korea. It is the official distributor of Ebiche, Bullsone, OKF, and Winycam in the Philippines.
Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, contact, and develop potential modern trade and distributor accounts to generate leads and open new accounts using different business development techniques
• Establishes and maintains good business relationships with current and prospective modern trade and distributor accounts for the retention, acquisition, and development of accounts
• Day-to-day management and liaison between key retail partners - accomplishing related activities such as account development, business development, sales operations, etc.
• Develop sales analysis according to different business dimensions, interpret results, and identify potential recommendations
• Analyzes external trends and historical performance intensively to identify opportunities for growth and improvement for each account
• Innovate and drive the creation of new business pitch materials that reflect the brand while addressing specific clients’ needs
• Assist in the organization of marketing and sales activities/events
• Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics or equivalent
• 1+ years of relevant working experience in Business Development, Sales in Modern Trade or Distribution
• Proficiency in Word, Power Point and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Tagalog and English
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain positive relationships externally with clients and partners and internally with cross-functional teams
• Ambitious, goal-oriented and self-driven individual and team player
• Meticulous, organized, analytical, and independent worker
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Willing to commute to and work in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Previous account management/B2B trade sales experience in the FMCG sector especially food and beverage, or car care/accessories industry is highly preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic and multicultural startup environment
• Familiarity with Korean language and culture is a plus

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
