Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any technical course (Electrical Engineer is a plus). If non-technical course, at least familiar with EV and EV charging solutions
• At least 2 years of experience in similar role or related industry
• Experienced in maintaining Distribution Partners and handling key accounts
• Strong communication and presentation skills with high level of reporting capability
• Can formulate effective activities such events, marketing, branding and solution promotion for EV charging products

Responsibilities:
1. Buildup extensive understanding of EV Chargers industry in the Philippines:

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with assigned Key accounts and Consultants.
• Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to propose tailored solutions that align with our services and products.

2. Revenue Growth:

• Drive the achievement of revenue and sales targets for assigned key accounts.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products or services.

3. Account Strategy:

• Develop and execute account strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that address client needs.

4. Negotiation and Contract Management:

• Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms are favorable for both the client and the company.
• Manage contract renewals and amendments to sustain long-term partnerships.

5. Market Insights:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
• Use market insights to provide valuable feedback for product and service development.

6. Communication and Collaboration:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate internally with sales, technical, and support teams to deliver seamless solutions.

7. Performance Reporting:

• Track and report key account metrics, sales performance, and progress against targets.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding account status, challenges, and opportunities.

8. Customer Satisfaction:

• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by delivering timely responses and exceptional service.
• Proactively address any concerns or escalations to maintain positive client relationships.
