Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesman to join our team at Yourhome Tiles Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, understanding client needs, and providing top-quality service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. If you are passionate about sales and have a knack for understanding customer needs, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out and engage new customers to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate tile products and solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Provide product demonstrations and thorough information to help customers make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and meet goals.
• Handle inquiries, process orders, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Prepare and submit sales reports regularly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction materials or tile industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Results-driven and highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and product presentations if needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php600.00 - Php645.00 per day
