Global Mobility Services, Inc., is currently in need of AREA SALES SUPERVISOR
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our field staff. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of field sales representatives, driving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of field sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance the performance of field staff.
• Monitor sales activity and performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in a field sales environment.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Can drive and has his own Motorcycle

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
