Project Role Description : Transform testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Job Requirements : Summary: As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. Your typical day will involve implementing quality processes, tools, and methodologies to improve control, accuracy, and integrity. You will also develop predictive and intelligent testing approaches through automation and innovative testing products and solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of quality processes, tools, and methodologies to transform testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function.
- Develop and execute test automation strategies using Selenium and other relevant tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative testing products and solutions.
- Evolve testing approaches to be more predictive and intelligent through automation and innovative techniques.
- Communicate test results and findings effectively to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Required Skill: - Proficiency in Selenium.
Additional Must To Have Skills:
- Experience with Spring Application Framework and Test Automation Strategy.
- Strong understanding of quality processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Experience in developing and executing test automation strategies.
- Knowledge of innovative testing products and solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Additional Information: - The candidate should have 2 years of experience in Selenium. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in quality engineering, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality testing solutions. - This position is based in Manila.
