Seller Onboarding and Incubation Specialist

- Graduate of any 4 year course
- Open to fresh graduates
- Preferably one (1) year of related working experience (Sales BPO set-up, marketing, business development, client servicing and/or account management background.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and presenting over the phone
- Strong negotiation skills
- Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Good team player, with an aptitude for sales and the ambition to constantly outperform KPIs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Willing to work onsite
- Identify, qualify, and manage a pipeline of high potential sellers to onboard into the platform. This may include developing strong channels and partnerships to strengthen lead generation
- Conducts the seller onboarding process, ensuring that all necessary documentation and requirements are completed accurately and promptly.
- Manage a pipeline of high-quality new sellers onboarded into the platform
- Build relationships and set up mechanics to incentivize the growth of new sellers
- Maintain good relationships and trust with merchants to understand more about their business and their key success factors
- Educate sellers for the features throughout the process of grooming and preparing new sellers to be future key accounts
- Implement campaigns for new sellers, analyze and report their performance
- Interact with BD local teams to share knowledge, optimize processes, and replicate best practices
- Assist in seller escalations and concerns
Pay: Php30,000.00 per month
