JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Program Officer for Kain Tayo Pilipinas should be able to contribute to the achievement of the set goals and objectives of the "Kain Tayo Pilipinas" consortium.
Specifically, the SPO will lead the KTP Secretariat. He/She will ensure the implementation and completion of KTP activities on time within the budget and scope. The activities include coordination with KTP members and other partners of the consortium (i.e. NGAs, NCs and LGUs) that may be identified by KTP. Moreover, he/she will work closely with the CIP, particularly the Unit Manager and the KTP-assigned lead in implementing the activities and responding to various issues and challenges. The SPO will also network with relevant agencies and partners for synergy and complementation in terms of project implementation, strategies and overall direction of KTP, and explore opportunities to add value to the program interventions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The SPO for KTP, with the support from the CIP Unit, will have the following essential job functions:

Lead the KTP Secretariat team and supervise the work of the team members' specific assignments for the consortium;
Develop workplans to guide the activities of the Secretariat on an annual basis;
Ensure that the KTP agendas and targets are achieved;
Lead the resource mobilization efforts to sustain the Secretariat and to fund projects;
Work to ensure effective collaboration between KTP members, government, academe and other relevant groups;
Provide information briefings and presentations to KTP members relative to the various activities that will be undertaken by the consortium;
Convene monthly/quarterly meetings of KTP (Board, Execom, MANCOM, and committees);
Lead the KTP in organizing events and planning sessions;
Represent the KTP and the Secretariat during various meetings and other events that require the presence of KTP;
Provide regular reports to the progress and outcomes of the various meetings and other activities conducted to the CIP Manager;
Undertake research works relative to the directions of KTP.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php46,710.00 per month
