Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for talented individuals for our Sales Senior Trainer.
About the Role: As a Sales Senior Trainer,you will perform the following (but not limited to) duties and responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product Experts, Team Leads, & Pros to understand their business objectives and develop tailored strategies to reach SLAs.
Identify & Close gaps in knowledge in areas including ad creation, targeting, budget, and measurement.
Stay up to date with the latest Facebook advertising and marketing trends, best practices, and algorithm changes, and proactively share insights and recommendations with the team.
Assist Product Experts with knowledge management including huddle planning, AKN, and gathering insights & feedback for The Client.
Develop coaching opportunities to drive adoption of optimal strategies on calls.
Create reporting for leadership.

About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

Open to College graduates and undergraduates with relevant work experience
At least 3 years relevant experience in Training
At least 1 year Sales experience
Open to any industry
