Senior Visa Specialist - Immigration

- Responsible for processing and carrying out all transactions related to visa liaising with various Government Departments;
- Help manage and execute the end – to – end Immigration/Visa production process including employment visa, non-immigrant visa, 9G, Alien Certificate of Registration, Alien Employment Permit and such;
- Tracking the progress of applications and help clients to extend or cancel and visa;
- Received and maintain documents from clients for their requirements;
- Filing the cases, follow up of documents and solving client queries;
- Prepare reports on visa reconciliation;
- Perform all other tasks assigned by Manager and/or OCIC Management.
- Bachelor Degree holder in business or administration related course;
- Minimum of 2-3 year experience in visa processing in the Philippines (inbound);
- Experience from a consulting or visa outsourcing company is a plus factor;
- Highly organized, analytical and must be keen to details;
- Good organizational skills, proactive and able to prioritize work
- Demonstrate high level of energy and maintain performance under pressure.
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
