DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and construct the procedures by complying with all the company works and policies, conduct and review the file audits with the compliance of laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with the legal consultants and counsels.
• Maintain and manage the regulatory requirements like licenses and permits.
• Must have an initiative to resolve regulatory issues.
• Must comply with the audits procedures.
• Must have an initiative to monitor activities to comply the government and company regulations and procedures.
• Knowledgeable on procedures and laws of the Philippine Labor Code and must comply with all local or foreign laws and regulations.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree
• Preferably with an experience in this field.
• Must have excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Can work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be organized and keen to details.
• Easily to adapt in any environment.
• With strong analytical and planning skills.
• Must be able to multi-task.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php27,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
