We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Service Crew members to join our team. As a vital part of our restaurant, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet and welcome guests; take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Menu Knowledge: Stay informed about menu items, specials, and promotions; provide recommendations to guests as needed.
  • Table Management: Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas; set and reset tables efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and service flow.
  • Payment Processing: Handle cash and electronic payments; ensure accurate billing and process transactions securely.
  • Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Ability to work well in a team and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
