Job Description: Service crew
Location : Project Pizza Hub - Sangandaan
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Service Crew members on Project Pizza Hub. As part of the service crew, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet customers and assist them with orders
Take orders accurately and input them into the -POS system
Serve food and beverages to customers efficiently
Handle cash transactions and provide correct change
-Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
-Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties as needed
-Adhere to health and safety regulations
-Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a courteous manner
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus but not required
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work as part of a team
-Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
-Basic math skills for handling transactions
-Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
