POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Service Crew member, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks that ensure the efficient operation of the restaurant while maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Food Preparation: Assist in preparing menu items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently handle cash and payment transactions, ensuring accuracy in order processing and providing change.
- Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and service stations, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow crew members to meet service goals and ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in food service is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php645.00 per day
